I'll admit that I started this journey as a recovering coffee addict AND a serial drive-by cookie grabber. I would walk by my pantry at least 5X a day stealing a cookie... “Oh, but it’s small and gluten free so it’s okay”... until it’s not.
My FAVORITE part, besides having really good morning “movements” (if you know what I mean LOL), is my MOOD. I wake up so happy and ready to crush the day. Most things that would stress me out or aggravate me don't really bother me anymore…it’s crazy!! It’s true when they say Health is Wealth!!! When you feed your body with good food and get rid of the toxins and inflammatory foods, WOW what a mood booster!! As you can see, I’m loving how I feel.
Now sure, I will occasionally add a few things back in when I'm traveling or out for an event/special occasion....life is all about moderation. But I honestly feel so good that I’m not even craving those things most of the time...and the price my stomach will pay afterwards is usually not worth it either.
You can still have coffee, Energize, matcha…and y’all, I’m seriously eating SO MUCH FOOD!!! I feel full every single day! I can’t believe how much I have leaned out since starting this about a year ago. I also have ABS AGAIN...I've always known they were made in the kitchen.

In the first week I lost 5.5lbs. I’ve not only lost weight but I've also lost inches too. However, weight loss and inches lost have never been my goal. I’m always focused on improving my gut health and how I FEEL.
